Managing Visitor Conversations in the Chat App

The Chat app allows you to monitor conversations, respond to visitors, and take over chats from the AI assistant when needed.

To manage visitor conversations:

  1. Open the Chat panel from your dashboard.
  2. Select Visitors from the left menu.
  3. Click any conversation to view its messages.

To take over a conversation from the AI assistant:

  1. Open the conversation.
  2. Type a message into the chat box.
  3. Press Enter.

The conversation will continue as a human-managed chat for the remainder of the session.
