Customizing AI Chat Responses With the Chat Setup Agent

The Chat Setup Agent helps improve the accuracy and usefulness of AI-generated responses by allowing you to customize how the AI assistant interacts with visitors.

To customize your AI chat settings:

  1. Open the Chat panel from your dashboard.
  2. In the Chat Operator window, click the AI Tools icon.
  3. Use the Chat Setup Agent to configure your AI assistant.

  • Setting a custom AI assistant name.

  • Choosing the chat widget color.
  • Selecting the chat widget position.
  • Adding custom frequently asked questions (FAQs).

For the best results, make sure your website pages contain clear, helpful information and add custom FAQs for questions that may not be answered directly on your website. This helps the AI assistant provide more accurate responses to visitors.
