Enabling AI-Powered Chat on Your Website
AI-powered chat helps visitors get answers to their questions instantly, even when you're unavailable. The AI assistant can answer questions based on your website content and any custom FAQs you provide.
To enable chat on your website:
- From your dashboard, open the Chat panel.
- Use the Chat toggle to enable the chat widget on your website.
- Turn on AI Auto Replies to allow the AI assistant to respond to visitor questions automatically.
- Visit your website and test the chat widget to confirm it is working as expected.
Once enabled, visitors can start conversations through the chat widget and receive automated responses based on your website content.
