Troubleshooting Login Attempts
If you are having trouble logging into your account be sure to follow these steps.
Ensure you're using the correct email address and password. Many times people misspell their username and password when they sign up and create an account. Of course if you misspell your password you can always reset it. But if you misspelled your email address it's not so easy. If you notice you misspelled your email address right away sign up and create a new account. Be sure to provide your phone number for a second level of authentication.
