How To Align Design Elements
Our Alignment feature allows you to quickly and easily align elements like text boxes, images, and buttons to the top/bottom/middle or left/right/center of your page, header/footer, or a strip with columns. Take a look at the video and steps that follow below to see how easy it is to align your content...
How To Align Design Elements
- If you haven't already, insert content onto your page such as a text box, image or button by clicking + Add, then select or drag the item as needed.
- Drag the element wherever you need on the page, whether it be the body of the page, the Header/Footer, or within a Strip with columns. The body, Header/Footer and Strip will function as background elements for the attached element to align to.
- Click the Alignment icon in the attached menu bar, then click Align Left, Align Center, or Align Right to align the element horizontally within the background element as needed. Likewise, click Align Top, Align Middle, or Align Bottom to align the element vertically as needed.
- Note, you can still adjust your element vertically or horizontally as needed, one pixel at a time, by using your keyboard arrow keys.
That's all there is to it. Now you can rest assured knowing your content and design is as neat and aesthetically pleasing as possible.
