Moving Elements Forward and Backward (Layer Changes)

You can move elements forward and backward on a web page by selecting the element, click Arrange Layer, then click one of the four  Layer commands… Move To Front - Move Forward - Move Backward - Move To Back. Doing this will cause the object selected to essentially move forward and backward with regard to the other elements located on the page. This same process can be done for each element.
