How To Add Images And Gradients To Shapes

To add images, gradients and other effects to shapes, follow these steps.

Step 1. From the WebStarts editor, click + Add > Shapes, then select or drag a shape to insert.

Step 2. Within the toolbar attached to the shape select Edit Style.

Step 3. Under "Colors," click the circle next to Background to add a background color or gradient color. Also within the styles menu you can click the Camera icon to add an image, and you can drag the slider under Opacity to make your shape partially transparent to let a color shine through the image.
