Setting Up Your Store To Accept Afterpay Clearpay

Afterpay (also known as Clearpay) is a "buy now / pay later" 4 payment installment option that works in Australia, Canada, France, New Zealand, Spain, the U.K., and the U.S. To accept AfterPay through your WebStarts Store, follow these steps.

Step 1. If not done already, set up Stripe as your payment processor (click here for instructions).

Step 2. From your Stripe dashboard, click Settings > Payment Methods. 

Step 3. Under the "Buy now, pay later" section, click the Turn On button next to Afterpay / Clearpay.

Note: This option will automatically display at checkout only if the product type and price meet Afterpay requirements and the currency is set to USD, CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD, or NZD.
