Understanding Your Account Billing

The Billing section for your account provides all of the information you'll need to help better understand what subscriptions you are being billed for and when they are due again. To gain access to your account billing, click the drop down in the upper right corner of your account dashboard, followed by the Billing tab. Refer to the descriptions below for more detailed information...


Current Subscriptions

Subscriptions are listed in order of which are due next in a list format which shows the subscription type, assigned site, price and term, next due date, and buttons Update Subscription or Cancel Subscription.

Updating a subscription allows you to switch to different terms and pricing, whereas Cancelling a subscription sets the subscription to let expire. If a subscription is cancelled, you'll see a badge indicating as such and the option to un-cancel by selecting Continue Subscription.

If a subscription is past-due, the Manage Subscription button will change to say Pay Now instead, which will take you to the checkout page to submit the payment.


Payment Methods

Here you will find the credit card(s) that are saved to the account to be charged for auto-renewal. You can add a new card by clicking + Add Payment Method, delete a card by selecting the Trash icon next to the card, and set a default card by clicking "Set Default."


Invoice History

This section allows you to download invoice receipts of prior payment by selecting the subscription type from the Subscription menu, then select the invoice you wish to download. The invoice receipt will automatically download to your computer so you can maintain a digital copy and open the file and print as needed. Note: search your email records to locate emailed receipts from prior to July, 2025.
