Understanding Your Account Billing
The Billing section for your account provides all of the information you'll need to help better understand what products you are being billed for, when they were last paid, and when they are due again. To gain access to your account account billing, click the drop down in the upper right corner of your account dashboard, followed by the Billing tab. Refer to the panels and descriptions below for more detailed information...
Product and Website
These two columns represent the product which is being billed and the website that product was associated with when purchased. Keep in mind that it's possible to move items like domain names around from site to site within your account. It's the Product in this case that is being billed. Not the site it is associated with.
Last and Next Payment
Here you will find information related to whether an item has been paid or not, when it was last paid, and when it will be due again.
All subscriptions are billed 30 days prior to their expiration in order to allow time to renew an item before being suspended for non-payment. We will attempt to charge your credit card on file until successful or the subscription is canceled. Keep in mind that the site/product remains active for the full term of the subscription and payment can be made any time up to the expiration date before being suspended.
Domain Names
All Pro Plus and Business Plan upgrades include 1 free domain name for your website for the first year. After the first year the domain name will be renewed at a rate of $29.95/year and will be billed 30 days prior to expiration. Actions
The Action column provides you with the ability to Pay an invoice due as well as renew an invoice early that is due in the future. If you would like to print a hard copy of any receipt from a paid product, you can do so here as well using the Print Receipt link.
