Renewing My Domain Name
Any domain name that you have registered through WebStarts will be automatically renewed 30 days prior to it's expiration using the Credit Card on file in the associated account. Should the renewal go unpaid, an email will be sent to the primary email address within the account. If you have any questions regarding payments due or whether you have a card on file, please click the Billing tab, located in the drop down found in the upper right corner of your account dashboard.
Note: In the event your domain name expires, you have 40 days from the date of expiration to renew at the standard rate. After 40 days, the domain name is placed in to a Redemption status where it will remain for another 30 days. During this 30 day period, the domain name can be redeemed only after an additional $80 redemption fee is paid. After 70 days post expiration, the domain name is released from your account and may be registered again by another party. If your domain name is important to your business, it is critical that it is renewed in a timely manner.
