Adding Chat To Your Website

Step 1. From your account dashboard, click the Chat app panel, then click the Activate button to enable Chat on your website and open your Chat Operator Console.
Step 2. From the Chat Operator Console, you will be able to view and chat with any new or existing chat session listed in the left hand side bar as well as turn Chat on or off.
Step 3. Once chat is enabled and turned on, you'll see a Chat bubble located in the lower right corner of your live website which your site visitors will use to initiate a chat with you.
