Adding Breadcrumbs To Your Store

Breadcrumbs are a type of secondary navigation that allow visitors to easily trace the path of hierarchically set pages, so for instance if a visitor navigated to your Store, then selected a category, then a subcategory, then a product, a trail of breadcrumb links would appear that look something like this: Home > Store > Category > Subcategory > Product. To add breadcrumbs to your store, follow these steps.

Step 1. From the WebStarts editor, click the dropdown at the top/left to toggle to your Store page.

Step 2. Select the Store Page element, then click the Settings icon within the attached toolbar.

Step 3. Check the checkbox next to Show Breadcrumbs, then breadcrumbs will appear toward the top/left corner of the Store Page element.

Note: You can choose which store pages show breadcrumbs and which do not, so if you need breadcrumbs to appear on the Product, Cart, Login, etc, just repeat these steps on those pages.
