How The Appointment Pages Work

When you add the WebStarts Appointments app, a "Book Appointment" page is added to your site which will automatically load your Services so your customers can select a service and schedule an appointment. During the flow of the scheduling process, the customer will follow these steps:

  1. Select a Service from your site's Book Appointment page
  2. Choose a date and time from the Booking page
  3. Enter their contact info on the Customer Form page
  4. Land on the Confirmed page

The only Appointments page that actually appears on your site is the Book Appointments page (i.e. /appointments URL), the other Appointment Pages automatically load as the visitor goes through the scheduling steps, dynamically displaying the correct options based on the parameters you set when creating your Services.

Customizing The Appointment Pages

You can customize the look and feel of your appointment pages by following these steps:

Step 1. From the WebStarts editor, click the page dropdown menu at the top/left, then scroll down and choose which Appointments page you want to edit under the Appointment Pages section (choose from the Book Appointment, Booking, Confirmed, and Customer Form pages).

Step 2. Each page has a dynamically-loaded element which you can select, then click the Settings icon within the toolbar to mofify the element's settings like size and animation, and the Edit Style icon to modify styles like text and button colors, font family/size, and opacity.

Step 3. If needed, you can add additional content around the dynamically-loaded element to customize the page, add an additional message, etc.
