How To Create Appointment Services

You can use the WebStarts Appointments app to create custom services which are assigned when scheduling an appointment. To create a service, follow these steps.

Step 1. From the site's dashboard, select the Appointments app, then select Services > Add Service.

Step 2. Describe your service within the Service field, specify a Location (optional) and Session Duration being sure to specify whether the duration is minutes or hours.

Step 3. Modify the availability by selecting the appropriate days of the week and use the dropdown menus below to set various intervals for each day. If needed, select "Add Date" to create exception hours for certain dates. When finished reviewing these settings, select the Add button to create the service.

Note: you can repeat these steps to add as many custom services with custom availability schedules as needed.
