Controlling Coupon Usage
Coupons are a smart way to offer an incentive to your customers to keep them coming back. With the WebStarts Store, you have the ability to decide the time frame to redeem a coupon, the number of times it can be used, and which product it applies to. Setting the time frame that a coupon is valid
- From the store manager Coupons tab, click Add Coupon
- Choose which type of coupon and enter your own custom coupon code and complete the discount parameters. Note: coupon codes are never case sensitive.
- The Valid Between setting is automatically set to apply as of the day the coupon was created and never expire. To choose when the coupon expires, click the "Never Expires" text and then select the expiration date using the calendar popup.
Setting the number of times a coupon can be used
- From the store manager Coupons tab, click Add Coupon
- Choose which type of coupon and enter your own custom coupon code and complete the discount parameters. Note: coupon codes are never case sensitive.

The Limit Uses setting is set to "Unlimited" by default, but you can set a specific number by typing in the number under the "Limit Uses" field. Note: the same customer can use the same coupon multiple times.
Setting a coupon to only apply to a specific product
- From the store manager Coupons tab, click Add Coupon
- Choose which type of coupon and enter your own custom coupon code and complete the discount parameters. Note: coupon codes are never case sensitive.
- The Apply To setting is set to "All Products" be default. To select a specific product, click the drop down menu under "Apply To," then select Specific Product.
- A Product drop down menu will appear. Click the drop down and scroll to select whichever product you'd like the coupon to apply to.
