Multiple Charges Found On Your Bank Statement

There are a number of different ways you can add products and features to your WebStarts website. While the Business Plan that we offer comes with just about every premium feature we provide, you also have the option to add each item a-la-cart. In addition to the number of different products you can purchase, you can also choose to be billed on a monthly basis, or annually. All of this to say that there are instances where it may appear you are being billed more than once for the same item. We'll break down the different scenarios where you might see this happen below...

  • Multiple months billed at one time

    If you are set up to pay monthly for a particular product and the renewal for that product goes unpaid for any reason, that renewal will continue to be attempted until the product is canceled or the account is closed. For this reason, it is possible that the charges for past due months, as well as the current month due, are billed in close proximity or even on the same day.   • Multiple products purchased or renewed on the same day

    If you were to purchase more than one product on the same day, chances are good that these items would also renew on the same day. Whether it be the initial charges or the renewal of those charges, if you are find multiple charges on your account, be sure to check the Billing page within your account for more details surrounding these charges or reach out to our support team for any additional questions you may have.
