Renewing Your WebStarts Account

WebStarts subscriptions are set up to auto-renew by default and will use your credit card you have on file to do so. Monthly plans are auto-renewed every 30 days while annual plans renew every year on the anniversary date, however, domain names renew 30 days prior to the domain expiration date. We send an email reminder 14 days beforehand so you can make sure your card on file is current. 

If your subscription is past-due, you can also renew manually from within the Billing section of your WebStarts account dashboard. Check out the steps below to see how...

1. From within your WebStarts account dashboard, click the drop down in the upper right corner.
2. Select the Billing option to access the Billing section of your account.
3. Click the Pay Now button next to the past-due subscription.

Once all associated invoices are paid, access to that site or service will be restored immediately so long as your domain name is current.
