Renewing Your WebStarts Account

All of the products and services that WebStarts provides are set up to Auto-renew by default and will use your credit card you have on file to do so. Monthly plans are Auto-renewed on a monthly basis, while annual plans renew annually 30 days prior to the expiration of that product or service. Should you wish to be invoiced instead of being automatically renewed, simply remove any credit card(s) that you have on file and we will send you an email invoice instead. 

If not automatically renewed, you can renew manually from within the Billing section of your WebStarts account dashboard. Check out the steps below to see how...

  1. From within your WebStarts account dashboard, click the drop down in the upper right corner.
  2. Select the Billing option to access the Billing section of your account.
  3. Under the Product column, locate the invoice for which you want to renew.
  4. Click the Pay Now link located under the Action column and complete checkout to renew the given product.

Once all associated invoices are paid, access to that site or service will be restored immediately so long as your domain name is current.
