Allowing Comments On The Checkout Page Of Your Online Store

Enabling Comments in your WebStarts Store allows you to gather information from your customers on checkout when they purchase something from your website. Check out the video and steps below to see how...

1. From your WebStarts account dashboard, click the Store app panel to manage your Store.
2. Click the Settings tab in the left sidebar to access the Store Settings.
3. Check Allow comments at checkout under the Payments section and then click the Update button.

Your customers will now be able to add comments when checking out and these comments will then be found under the associated Order details.
