Refunding A Charge In Your Stripe Account
Any time you need to reverse an order made in your Store, you must also refund the transaction within the associated payment processor. Check out the video and steps below to see how that is done through your Stripe account...
- Login to your Stripe Account Dashboard: https://dashboard.stripe.com/login
- Click the Payments tab in the left side bar.
- Click to select the associated transaction.
- Locate the Refund button in the upper right corner to issue the refund for that sale.
