Formating Your Product Import CSV File
Refer to the table below to format your Product Upload CSV File prior to upload. Each column name is listed as well as a brief description as to what is to be entered in each field. The order in which each field is listed must be followed or the upload will fail to process. For an example of how a product is to be entered in the CSV file, download a Sample Product Template CSV File by Clicking Here. You can also click the Export CSV button from the Products view within the Store Management Console.

| Product ID |
Product and product variants are grouped by the Product ID field. The Product ID number should be unique for each product. Field can be left blank if there are no product variants

| Product Title | The name of your product. Example: Men's t-shirt |
| Description | The description of the product. This can be entered as plain text or HTML if formatting is desired. |
| Default Image | Enter the direct URL for the default product image to be shown. |
| Variant Image | Enter the direct URL for the variant image. Leave blank to display the Default Image. |
| Price | The price of the product or product variant. Note: Currency symbol is not required as currency type is set within the Store settings. |
| Charge Tax | Enter Yes to charge Tax, No to not charge Tax. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Category | Enter the category for the product if applicable. Leave blank if no category is to be used. |
| Charge Shipping | Enter Yes to charge Shipping, No to not charge Shipping. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Weight | The weight of the product in Lbs. Do not add a unit of measure. Only the number is required. |
| Hide From Catalog | Enter Yes to hide from Catalog, No to not hide from Catalog. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Variants | Enter Yes if your product has Variants, No if there are no variants of the primary products. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Option 1 Name | If a product has option(s), enter the Option Name. For example: Color. Leave blank for products without options. |
| Option 1 Value | If a product has option(s), enter the Option Value. For example: Red. Leave blank for products without options. |
| Option 2 Name | If product has second option, enter the Option Name. Leave blank if no additional options are available for this product. |
| Option 2 Value | If product has second option, enter the Option Value. Leave blank if no additional options are available for this product. |
| Option 3 Name | If product has third option, enter the Option Name. Leave blank if no additional options are available for this product. |
| Option 3 Value | If product has third option, enter the Option Value. Leave blank if no additional options are available for this product. |
| Inventory Is Controlled | Enter Yes if product is Inventory Controlled, No if product is not Inventory Controlled. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Inventory On Hand | Number of products or product variants in stock. Can be left blank if product is not Inventory Controlled. |
| Inventory Warning Threshold | Receive an email notification if the inventory reaches a certain number. Enter the number which you would like to receive that notification. |
| Restrict Sale For 0 Inventory | Enter Yes to restrict the sale of a sold out product, No to allow a sold out product to still be sold. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Digital Delivery | Enter Yes if the product is to be delivered digitally, No if the product is a hard good. Leaving the field blank defaults to No. |
| Download Link Text | Enter the text which will be turned in to a Hyperlink to allow the product to be downloaded. |
| Download URL | Enter the direct URL of the file to be downloaded. |
| Download Instructions | Enter Download Instructions which will accompany the Download Text Hyperlink. This can be entered as plain text or HTML if formatting is desired. |
