Closing My WebStarts Account

If for any reason you would like to close your account, follow these steps:

1. Login to your WebStarts account, then click the dropdown at the top/right and click the Billing tab.
2. Click the Deactivate button at the bottom of the Account Settings section, then click Deactivate to confirm.  Note, you can reactivate by logging in again.

Note: If you do not see a Deactivate button appear under your Account Settings, then send an email to our support team at support@webstarts.com. Just be sure to let us know what site it is you are looking to close or delete and we would be happy to help out.
