Changing Your Mailbox Password

To change the password for your business email mailbox follow these steps.


  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on Mailboxes from the drop down menu in the top right.
  3. Click the edit icon to the right of the email address.
  4. Enter and confirm the new password and click update.

Note: To ensure your mailbox is secure it's recommended you enable two-factor authentication. You can do while logged into your mailbox by going to Settings > Password > Two-Factor Authentication.
