Setting Up Your Client Login URL

To set up your custom client login URL subdomain, follow these steps.

Step 1. If not done already, head to your account Domains page and click Add Domain to add your domain name. If adding an existing domain, be sure to update your name servers to point to and, or if you manage your DNS with another provider, add a CNAME record for the subdomain that points to

Step 2. Head to your account Settings page and activate Agency Features if not done already, then click the pencil icon next to Client Login URL to set a subdomain for your client login portal.

Step 3. Enter the subdomain in the first field, such as "login" or "manage," then select the domain from the dropdown and click Update. The login portal should be fully functional within a few minutes provided your domain is configured correctly as outlined in step 1.
