How To Reset Your Business Email Password

If you've forgotten your WebStarts email password, you can easily reset it within your WebStarts account dashboard. Take a look at the steps below to reset your email password.

  1. Login to your WebStarts account and select the Business Email panel located near the bottom of your account dashboard, or click the dropdown arrow at the upper righthand corner, then select Mailboxes.
  2. Click the Pencil icon next to your email under the "Actions" column.
  3. Enter a new password in the Password field and re-enter the password in the Confirm Password field.
  4. Click the Submit button.

Once that is done you can head to Webmail to login and manage your email.
