Forwarding Your Custom Business Email to Another Email Address

WebStarts allows you to set up mail forwarding within your new email accounts in the event you wish to have your new emails sent to an existing email address of yours. Take a look at the steps below to see how...


  1. From your account dashboard, click the Business Email panel to access your custom email addresses for your domain, or click the dropdown at the top/right and select Mailboxes.
  2. Click to login to the appropriate email address, enter your email address and password and then Login.
  3. Once logged in, click the Settings tab on the left sidebar, followed by Mail Forwarding in the left hand side panel.
  4. Click to Enable Forwarding and then enter the email address in the Forwarding Recipients text field that you would like to have your mail forwarded to and then click Save. Click the toggle switch to keep a local copy if you wish to save a copy to Webmail.

That's all there is to it. Any new email sent to this business email address will now be forwarded to the email address provided.
