How To Deactivate A Subscriber From An Email List

If for any reason you would like to prevent a subscriber from receiving your email newsletters, you can easily deactivate that subscriber from within the Email Marketing platform. Check out the short video and steps below to see how...

1. From the Email Marketing app manager, click on the Email Lists tab.
2. To the right of the list where the subscriber is located, click the 3 dot icon, followed by View Subscribers link.
3. Search for the specific subscriber using the provided search field.
4. Once the subscriber is located, click the Active tag to set that as Inactive and this subscriber will no longer receive your email newsletters.
