Remove a Subscriber From an Email List in the Email Marketing Platform
When using the email marketing platform, you will have full control over who receives emails and when. There may be times when you will want to manually remove a subscriber from an email list however. Take a look at the following video and steps below to see how...
- From your account dashboard, click the Email Marketing Platform app panel to manage your Email Lists.
- If not already selected, click the Email Lists tab located in the left sidebar. Here you can add, edit, or delete the Email Lists you wish to add emails to.
- Click the View icon for the particular list you wish to remove the subscriber from.
- Once you have the list open and have located the subscriber you wish to remove, click the Trash Can icon to remove the lead and confirm that step by clicking the Continue button.
Note: A subscriber can always unsubscribe themselves as well by simply clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email you send to them.
