Adding Custom Fields To Booking Form
You can customize the fields people fill out when booking a service by linking a booking form. Follow these steps to link a booking form:
- In the Appointment Manager, select the Services tab to add or edit a service.
- In the Booking Form section, click + Link Booking Form.
- Complete the setup:
- Enter a Form Name (this is for your reference because the form will save for future use).
- Name, Email, and Phone fields are added and required by default, select the Edit icon next to the field to modify label, placeholder, and requirement.
- Add and customize other fields as needed (Last Name, Company, Note, Address, Text, Link, Number, Radio, Multi Select, Checkbox, Dropdown).
Note, additional form info collected at booking can be reviewed in the Appointments tab of the Appointment Manager by selecting the appointment, then review the Booking Details.
