Managing Sending Limits and Overages

WebStarts includes email marketing sending limits based on your plan. Business Plan users can send to 2,500 subscribers per month, with up to 10× that amount (25,000 emails total) included before overage charges apply.

If you have the Business Plan and your total monthly email marketing sends exceed 25,000 emails, additional usage is billed at $5 per 1,000 emails, rounded up to the nearest thousand.

This allows customers with higher sending needs to pay only for the extra usage they use.

How email usage works

Each email sent to one subscriber counts as one email.

For example:

• 1 campaign to 2,500 subscribers = 2,500 emails
• 5 campaigns to 2,500 subscribers = 12,500 emails
• 10 campaigns to 2,500 subscribers = 25,000 emails

How to avoid overage charges

To avoid additional charges, keep track of:

• how many subscribers are on your list
• how often you send campaigns each month

Larger lists and more frequent sends increase total monthly usage.
