Refunding A Charge In Your WePay Account

Check out the steps below to see how to refund a charge within your WePay merchant account...

  1. Login to your WePay Account Dashboard here:
  2. Click the Data tab, followed by the Checkouts drop down.
  3. Click to select the associated transaction and then click the blue Refund button to process the refund back to your customer's card.
