Changing The Domain Name For Your Website

To change your domain name, follow these steps:

Step 1. Select Domains from the dropdown at the top of your account dashboard.

Step 2. Click Add Domain, then follow the steps to register a new domain or add an existing domain if you're adding a domain you've previously registered.

Step 3. Under the Manage Domains menu, select the new domain, then change the Forwarding setting to "No," then click Update.

Step 4. Use the "Point to site" dropdown menu to select your website, then click Update. 

Upon completing these steps your new domain will be set as the primary domain, and you can then choose to forward the original domain to the new domain if needed, or let us know if you wish to cancel the old domain or set it to let expire.
