Transferring Your Domain Name Away From WebStarts

To transfer your domain registration to another provider, follow these steps.

Step 1. Click the dropdown at the top righthand corner of your account, then click Domains.

Step 2. Select the domain you wish to transfer, then change the Domain Locking setting to "Unlocked" and click Update.

Step 3. Click Send Authorization Code. The transfer authorization code will be emailed to you, which you'll give to the new provider to complete the process. These are the only steps you need to complete on the WebStarts end.
